1.California
2.North Carolina
3.Pennsylvania

I don't know if the state recount in North Carolina or the Presidential recount in Pennsylvania have slowed these states.

On another matter, does anyone know the largest city that Trump won?  My guess would be Jacksonville, Fresno, Oklahoma City or Colorado Springs.

Jacksonville. I don't think that he won the city of Fresno since he lost Fresno county.

Clinton only lost Duval County, FL by about 6,000 votes. When you remove the other 4 communities in Duval County, it is possible that Clinton won the City of Jacksonville.

Can you point me to the certified results for South Dakota? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

PA has certified their results. You can find their Certificate of Ascertainment on the National Archives site.

I'm no genius, I couldn't find South Dakota either (not saying you're not a genius.)  I lucked into seeing a tweet with a link to this website:  http://www.electproject.org/2016g

And here is the certified South Dakota results: https://sdsos.gov/elections-voting/assets/2016GeneralElectionOfficialStateCanvass.pdf

Thank you! It looks like NC has certified their results as well, so CA is the last one still out.

Any idea why California is taking so much time to count their results?

They use a vote by mail method, but so does Washington and Oregon and they've both certified although they were later than most.

California will certify their results on November 16, but that doesn't mean they'll post them right away.

Pennsylvania has only certified the Presidential result, and California posted its official results today. So, the last state to fully certify and post is Pennsylvania.

Congratulations Pennsylvania, you're the biggest loser!

I blame all the white working class lazy bum hippies in Pennsylvania. Cheesy

I'm pretty sure the forced recount in Pennsylvania has delayed their certification, but I'm just making stupid 'jokes' anyway.

PA has certified their results as well, although they made it very hard to find.

Here it is: http://www.media.pa.gov/Pages/State-Details.aspx?newsid=207
