I can't wait for Thomas Friedman to use the phenomenon of online prostitute reviewing to make some banal point about the Hollow Flat Earth in his next tome!

That is really stupid of King County Washington. I'm for arresting them if you physically catch them trying to hire Prostitutes but not this.

Either the reviewers have committed fraud by reviewing a service they never partook of or they engaged in an admission of a crime by posting their review.  But if one is going to be serious about stopping prostitution, prosecutors have to go after the clients with at least as much vigor as they do the girls who far too often are not engaged in the profession by their own choice. Pretty Woman was a drama not a documentary.
