Arizona and Georgia

If you are just looking at the situation in terms of raw numbers it's not surprising that Georgia is shifting quicker than Arizona.  Phoenix and Atlanta are both growing rapidly but in Arizona most of the state is growing in population whereas in Georgia a lot of rural counties are in steep decline.  Georgia seems to be the next Virginia.
