What if Access Hollywood leaked the tape of the Trump pussygate tape on November 4th?

How would of that impacted the election?

If it was released that early our President-Elect would likely have been Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio

I think it coming out at any point during the primaries would have knocked him out cold, because that was when the Republican Party itself still had control over him as a candidate and could squash him if needed (and especially that early on, they would).
