Wow.
Muc has I approve of punishment for corporate crooks, happens uncommonly enough (and I especially disapprove of putting these cats into separate minimum-security Club Feds), 25 years for fraud sounds way excessive to me.

That's a ridiculous sentence. Most murderers probably don't receive such punishments.

It will most likely be negotiated down.  However, how do you punish someone who basically caused the jobs of tens of thousands?  What scale do you use?  "For every 2000 employees, you get 1 year in jail?"

hehehe . . . I know.  Just making an example.  Smiley  But how do you determine jail time?  Dollar amount?  Number of jobs lost?  Impact on the total economy?  I think for how much the WorldCom and Enron fiasco's impacted our economy, hefty jail terms may not be that excessive.
