Definitely MA, VT, HI, and DC.

As for the other states Clinton carried:

WA - likely
OR - likely
CA - likely
NV - no
CO - unlikely
NM - no
MN - unlikely
IL - unlikely
VA - no
MD - unlikely
DE - unlikely
NJ - unlikely
NY - unlikely
CT - maybe
RI - probably
NH - unlikely
ME - maybe

For the green states:

Colorado: Likely not, but not sure how much Latinos turned out here.
Connecticut: Really not sure, would so yes if forced
Maine: Lean yes, since the state is so white
New York: Lean no, looking at upstate mostly, but still probably close
New Hampshire: Lean no. I'm sure there was at least 3000 minority Clinton votes

Exit polls say that Trump did not win Whites in CA nor ME but did win them in CO NH and NY.  For CT most likely Trump won Whites.  In 2012 Romney lost Whites 51-48 when the state went 58.1-40.7.  This year the state went 54.5-41.2 which seems to imply that most likely Trump wons Whites narrowly.

Clinton — 37%, 78 EV
Johnson — 3%, 0 EV
Stein — 1%, 0 EV
Unknown — 0%, 127 EV
