She did terribly here in the general, and like Michigan and Wisconsin, which went for Sanders, there was strong anti trade sentiment. So why did she win it by so much?

IIRC (someone correct me if I'm wrong) Ohio had early voting, and Hillary had an advantage there before Bernie began campaigning and people got to know him.  Also there were 5 states voting that day and Bernie was campaigning in 4 of them.

Mostly Kasich, though there were probably a few Trumpers in Coal Country.
