Atlas currently has Trump at 47.17% of the popular vote, whereas Romney got 47.15%.  Who'll be ahead when all the votes are counted?

Trump is now down to 47.16%.

As of now, Clinton is 506,656 ahead in the PV, which is quickly approaching Gore's margin of 543,895.

OK, looks like Trump has dropped to 47.14%.  He's behind Romney in both total votes and percentage of the vote.

Although I suspect that Trump total votes will exceed Bush II in 2004 making him largest GOP vote winner  in history in terms of total number of votes.
