So who will win the incumbent Shuster or the fake D Tea Partier Halvorson?  I seriously think there is a chance Shuster loses or is uncomfortably close.

No, he will not.  He is far to the right of Shuster or at least portrays himself as that and wants to join the freedom caucus

I can't see how Shuster wouldn't win. Halvorson just hasn't picked up much momentum, and I'm sure more than a few will be thrown off by him becoming a Democrat, even if he hasn't changed any policy positions.
