I'd write in Hillary Clinton to protest Justice's cowardice.

If forced to choose from the ballot, then Pritt.

Uh you do know she's affiliated with Jill Stein's party?

Can't tar every Green with the Stein brush.  Besides, the Mountaintop party is 100% right on banning Mountaintop removal.

Having said that, I'd vote Justice.  WV loves billionaires who cheat on taxes and stiff their subcontractors.  But Justice wouldn't repeal the Medicare expansion while Cole would. And God knows WV needs whatever healthcare it can get.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything. I have no idea who she is, but if she's as crazy as Stein then I guess I'd abstain. If I actually lived there (god forbid!!!!!) I'd of course research her before casting such a protest vote (not really since like I said I'd write-in Hillary, but I digress...)

Mountain Party is like the Green Party except less terrible - and Pritt has spent her career consistently challenging right-wing Democrats and trying to push them left (so much so that Manchin created "Democrats for Underwood" in 1996 and forced a win for a Republican over Pritt). So I would vote Pritt.

But Justice, for all of his flaws, is better than Cole, and if forced to choose between the two Justice is the obvious choice.

I'm watching the debate between Justice and Cole, and god Justice is just using Cole as a rag doll. I'm not sure he needs my help.

Cole has said he will preserve the Medicaid expansion so I don't see any compelling reason not to support him over the cheating coal baron.

Bump. For those who haven't voted, it's a Bush v Gore margin currently.

The one who's not a Republican, and the one who's not endangering their workers with failing to adhere to safety regulations at his mines and owes tons of money in back taxes and safety fines (not Cole, not Justice). Pritt all the way, she's also an actual experienced legislator, not some joke like Stein.

Justice is simply a horrible human being

Do you seriously say this with a Johnson/Weld slogan.

Pritt. The coal industry must be stopped in its attempts to rob West Virginia, cripple its workers physically and financially and wreak havoc on the environment + non resource economy under the guise of helping.

huh?

Justice is basically Donald Trump with a (D) next to his name. He doesn't pay his taxes, he endangers his workers, and he's promising to fix problems and make WV great again. If he had an (R) (he's donated to numerous Republicans before), you'd criticize him as a robber baron. How is this any different?

Not to mention Justice is friends with Don Blakenship, of the Big Branch Mine disaster. Any day now one of Justice's mines with lax safety precautions could explode and kill his workers too. It's a travesty he's anywhere near an elected office, he needs to be in jail for endangering working safety.

I mean I don't like Justice, but I would vote for him (muh democratic WV labouring tradition, and he's at least got some aspect of support for assistance to the poor, and not RTW. Justice could do good, Cole definitely won't. Pritt is fine, and I like her, though I mostly just want a democrat to win WV gubernatorial election, if they're not completely horrible (which I don't think Justice is, but eh he pushes it).

My point was, it's absurd that you were making your points, attacking Justice (or even Cole) with fycking Johnson/Weld slogan below your avatar. Is my hate for Johnson and libertarianism showing again.
