Does anyone think that Governor Matthew Bevin of Kentucky has a chance if he runs in 2020?
Southern Baptist, conservative, young (he's only 49 right now)
He was in Iowa a bit ago...
would he have a chance and would you see him running, would you back him?

Possibly. He won't garner much support because clearly he isn't a great campaigner.

I've been saying this ever since he won election in 2015. He probably wouldn't win the nomination, barring unforeseen circumstances, and he definitely doesn't have the appeal to win a general, but he's definitely someone to watch out for.

Bevin could be a formidable presidential candidate. Southern/Midwestern, conservative. He could do good. Cotton, Sasse, Rubio, Bevin, Kasich.

Eh. He's unpopular and his 2015 campaign was basically a trainwreck.

He'll be lucky if we're still talking about him this time next year.
