PA votes roughly like the US or slightly more DEM, so if Hillary is ahead by 1-3 nationally right now these PA numbers from Gravis/Remington would make sense.

And because PA is almost exclusively an election day only state, it will also show us the real effect and power of the candidate's "ground games" ...

So I wouldn't be spiking the football yet, they almost certainly have their thumb on the scale trying to make Trump look better and/or make Republicans who didn't endorse him look worse.

Although its one thing adopting a favourable weighting to make your candidate look better, its another to use different weightings for their presidential and senate polls respectively
