this thread also wouldn't be 51 pages long if comey had explained in detail, what we are dealing with here.

Yes, but that mainly consists of red avatar posters too young to vote exploding in panic. If this isn't a story, why is it so talked about?

The post you're quoting literally answers the question you're asking.
Not really. It's been pure panic. There have just been attacks on Trump, Comey, me, and so on, but little discussion as to why you guys should be scared (and lots of scared discussion as to why you shouldn't be scared ).

So Comey said nothing. If Clinton has done nothing wrong or if this isn't a real issue that voters care about, why are there 51 pages discussing Comey's lack of information?

other right-wing FOX NEWS law expert, Judge Jeanine, also calls out Comey for influencing the election and breaking existing standards.

She is the one person on Fox who has as big a bone to pick about this sort of thing as anybody else.

Well yes, you've sure done a lot of that considering this story is apparently just a flash in the pan.

if trump wins, this story is still going to be a non-factor, imho.

is surely going to be over-debated, in left-wing AND "expert"/post-mortem circles/books/law studies .....but otherwise......no.

basic question of morality of the electorate and motivation of certain groups and people lying to pollsters or people changing their minds several times .....would be muuuuuuuuuuch more important, imho,

The letter and breaking new graphic of Trump being declared winner of Colorado and thus the election  would go into a time capsule everytime over people lying to pollsters.

Then why did he not recommend her indictment? Even if Lynch didn't act on it, he still could have referred her for prosecution. He didn't. If he wanted Trump to win, why didn't he publicly and explicitly call for Lynch to indict her?

in fact i would have preferred it if he would have recommended her indictment before the convention.....now it is just backstabbing.

Honestly, at this point the left's reaction to this is doing them much more damage than the actual facts.

in other news

ABC, CBS, NBC have devoted more mins to Clinton emails this year than **all policy issues combined.**

You need evidence to recommend indictment and no matter how much he wanted to recommend indictment, he could not have done so. He could however create enough doubt with a vague letter a few days before before the election in an attempt to influence the election.

if there is a case, there is a case...like many leaks said.

if there isn't a case...which the FBI doesn't know right now according to its own assessment....this course of acting is undermining the election.

it's worse than the horrible IRS leaks the republicans have whined about for years.

If he were such a partisan, he'd have recommended prosecution anyway even though he didn't at the time have the evidence. Lynch would have said no, of course, but he could have done it if he wanted to. What do you want from Comey? Do you want him to get you a bag of ice for all of this butt-hurt?

Ok. So we should elect a President who potentially can be looking at jail time? We shouldn't know these things until it is too late?

God, 53 pages..

Look, Comey screwed up things very nicely. Everybody acknowledges that. Period.
But, this wouldn't be a problem if Hillary just had not use that f***ing private server. No one looks good in this picture, nor Clinton, nor the FBI. End of story.

Now America, just finish this freak show election and move on, for your sake and the world's sake. Wink
