Poll watching by campaigns would fall under electioneering by basic legal standards and it's also a form of voter intimidation. Trump did put up a page on his site for volunteers to sign up to poll watch.

What he's describing is actually legal in Pennsylvania, but you have to live in the municipality or county    that you are going to "watch." So you couldn't bus people from the boondocks into Philadelphia to watch black neighborhoods. It would have to be someone from Philadelphia, might even have to be from the same precinct.

I highly doubt it.  Trump supporters, unlike BLM and other Soros funded liberal groups, have not instigated riots (i.e. Charlotte), or killed cops. If anything, there will be MAJOR riots in the big cities if Trump wins.
