It's not corrupt at all. In normal elections corporations give to both parties conventions, but this cycle most, understandably, didn't want to have their name associated with Trump. So they didn't give to the RNC this cycle like they normally do. I don't see the issue here.

That picture looks a lot more than 3,051 people. I was just at a D3 football game with a division record crowd of 17,535,  it looks like that.
