10/3 to 10/9

http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/data-points/poll-more-voters-say-trump-doesn-t-respect-women-after-n663296

They did also some impromptu polling on the effects of THE TAPE.

How much does Donald Trump respect women?
"Not at all" (pre-tape release): 39%
"Not at all" (post-tape release): 46%

Does the 2005 tape make you less likely to support Trump?
Republicans 12%
Independents 31%
Democrats 65%

More likely to support?
Republicans 6% (deplorable!)
Independents 3%
Democrats 1%

Should Trump drop out ("Yes" answers)?
Republicans 12%
Independents 31%
Democrats 64%

These numbers seem very much in line with the other poll. In other words, most of the people outraged are the people who weren't voting for Trump in the first place. The deplorables don't give a sh**t about the tape.

I still think we'll need to wait until the end of the week to make statements. These things have a tendency to fester etc

Nice try though.

People.
You need to wait for polls that are conducted entirely after MeowGate and the 2nd debate.
This poll was conducted from Mon Oct 3rd through Sunday Oct 9th.
MeowGate was released to the public very late Friday afternoon (early evening) Oct 7th.

Besides, the Clinton +5/+7 numbers are looking really good.
Don't expect a huge massive increase, but I do believe it will go up to range of +7 to +9 (nationally), but it may take up to 1-1/2 weeks or so, before we start to see it.

I have no idea of how to quantify the effect of the disclosure of crotch-grabbing will do to support for Donald Trump. Until I see a poll I can only guess.

Crotch-grabbing of an acquaintance or complete stranger is contrary to the moral precepts of conservative Christians. It might also be illegal.

Gaining a point in a poll which straddled a likely change in political reality is insignificant.

I like my predictions to have some quantitative reality behind them. What Donald Trump said about crotch-grabbing and later a threat of putting his opponent in jail suggests someone morally and intellectually unfit for the Presidency. But I have thought him morally and intellectually unfit for the Presidency for a very long time.

Donald Trump was never going to get my vote. That I find him increasingly repugnant does not change how I will vote and cannot reflect how others will vote. I choose to wait until I see polls telling me how events will change the electoral reality.

The numbers look about right. I’m pretty sure now that Mr. Drumpf won’t reach 45% of the national PV on election night.

The percentage of men who say Trump respects women either “not much” or “not at all” went up from 45% to 55% from pre-tape to post-tape.  That’s a bigger jump for men than women, as women already didn’t think he respects them in large numbers:

And Johnson has been fading fast, and historically should continue to do so unless there is mass defection.

And I agree that he was fading but historically there is nothing you can predict anything in this election. So i don't want to assume that with 2 historically flawed candidates 3rd party is going to become no factor.
