Yet he still endorses Trump for President. I guess when you're in a R-Advantage state, but roughly tied with an extremely partisan democrat who courts have had to stop from manipulating elections on three separate occasions, you do everything you can to try to appeal to everyone.

She could also invoke Chelsea and Ivanka's friendship and shame Donald for bringing Bill into the discussion when she has respected his family. This is chess--she will have a dozen moves for every possible one he makes.
