New Jersey is Likely Democratic. If the college towns have lower turnout (Rutgers, Middlesex County College, William Patterson Univ.), then Clinton will have a lower percentage than Obama did, or even Kerry in 2004. Will Newark, East Orange, Irvington black turnout be the same it was for Obama? Those areas are probably disillusioned with Trump and Christie as well.

Why are Jersey Uni pollsters so all over the place?

The real margin is probably midway between Stockton and Rutgers.
