While this is an internal, and is therefore trash, Justice is likely ahead and Cole is quickly running out of time.

They have Morrisey up 37-36 for AG, and it's the internal for his opponent. I think he wins, and he would be a great candidate to take out Manchin in 2018 if Jenkins declines.
