Demographically you'd think that Nevada would be a disaster for Trump, while Colorado seems more friendly on face value. What is going on that makes Nevada more competitive this year? Is it really under polling hispanics?

Lower education levels would be the #1 reason.   Colorado is one of the most educated states in the country,  Nevada is among the worst.

Also Trump does have some local presence in Nevada, although I question how much of a benefit that really is.

Please, stop it. We didn't get rescent polls from CO, so you're acting like polls from month ago are good.

A month ago Clinton was up +8 nationally, now tie or at best Clinton +2.

Do the math Smiley

That is weird. Why aren't we hearing anything from Colorado?

It's funny how about a month ago not a single right winger on here wanted to trust any poll at all...now that some show Trump leading they can't stop talking about them.

You are a little crooked liar. That explains it all, doesn't it?

Trump is very well known and has a good presence in the state from past business deals, whereas Colorado he doesn't have that connection with.
