Hillary will have a higher favorable rating when she is in office. She only seems to have a low favorable rating when she runs for an office, but when she is in office, her favorable rating is usually quiet good, like how when she left as SoS, her favorability rating was at something like 69/25

I think it'll probably be
Hillary: 40-45%
Trump: potentially below 20%
