very disappointing.  Usually the onion is humorous, but all these jokes are either stale or esoteric.

worst of all, it's just one great big advertisement for the 7-11 Big Gulp.  And it doesn't even work well.  I clicked on the purple cup, then on "see my city's results" and it put me on top of San Angelo, Texas.  I live in 17601, nowhere near San Angelo.  Must be some glitch in the software.  Not what you want when spamming people with Big Gulp ads.

Yeah, the 7-11 thing is stupid, but other than that I found the jokes funny.

You'll have to explain the one about Pennsylvania to me.  I'll have to admit that it went over my head.  What happened in 1881?  (Yes, I know, I know, "if I have to explain it to you then you won't understand anyway."  But I got most of the other jokes--I didn't think they were very funny but I understood them.  However, I really don't understand the allusion to the 1881 event in Pennsylvania.)

My personal favorite was California's fun fact:

Also, I think the Pennsylvania thing is just picking 1881 as a random date. There's no rhyme or reason to it.
