Matthew, despite the whole "putting up a bogus claim to an extinct nobility title" silliness. The Old Catholic Churches sound pretty great from what I've read.

Matthew Arnold was a more perceptive social critic than often given credit for these days. Part of the issue is that he's someone who all too often is read about rather than read, which is a shame as by 19th century standards he wasn't even particularly verbose.
