Basically, you can do anything reasonable to get these two nominated. For example Hillary could decide to not pursue nomination or Jindal's approval rating remain high.
How would this play out nationally, and what would be the demographic support?

344: Martin O'Malley/Martin Heinrich - 54.2%
194: Bobby Jindal/Cory Gardner - 43.7%
Others - 2.1%

Biggest surrogates besides the obvious are Janet Napolitano and Gavin Newsom for the Democrats. Jindal's biggest surrogates are Marco Rubio and the Coffmans.
