Also really, I'm now seeing bills where members of both the 20th and 21st are voting on the same final vote,

Does someone have the order of succession for the House seats compiled correctly? This will determine how votes get displaced by new members.

I accept the nominations from RC and Blair.

I am active, receptive to fair criticism and would like to move bills through smoothly, with proper debate and scutiny. I think we should have less bills sitting around for weeks with no input. I hope the next congress is productive and we see more honest debate rather than obstruction.

Order of the Speaker

Using my power as Speaker, I have removed the following bills from the house queue:

 - Puerto Gayle Act (Citizen - frivolous and impractical)
 - Thanos Act (Citizen - frivolous and impractical)

Representatives have the right to challenge these decisions within the next 72 hours.

I'll be running to continue as Speaker.

During my time so far as Speaker and before that as Deputy Speaker, I have been active in providing consistent and efficient administration in the House. In the last 4 months, I've developed a strong understanding of the rules of the House so I believe I have the experience and activity to keep the House running smoothly for the next 2 months.

A tie eh? Well this is certainly interesting. What happens when there is a tie?

Since the vote hasn't been closed yet, Razze could decide to extend and then vote himself since the rules don't set a limit on how long a speaker election must take.

If not, the vice president casts a tiebreaker.

I nominate myself. I think I've fulfilled my role as speaker in terms of keeping things moving and knowing the rules I need to enforce, and I've also helped bring a rule change that has improved the flow of the house. I've also taken special measures to help allow bills about Coronavirus to reach the floor quickly such as by adding new slots specifically for bills about the pandemic.
