DST was abolished some months ago, IIRC.

Yeah that's why it's an hour behind.

But daylight savings time was not abolished in RL, and my Atlas time stamp for his post is 12:06:13 pm and my atlas clock is set to the default, which runs an hour behind DST when such is in effect in RL.

Abolishing DST in game would not change the fact Atlas time runs an hour behind RL during those months, also the congress has never recognized DST when it came to oaths so the act of it being abolished in game is irrelevant since it merely recognized generally what had already been the practice here for this.

He started the process at 12:06:13 PM EST, six minutes after the start of congress.

I was going to actually run for speaker, but I got sidetracked by other things and never announced it oof. I mean, I *could* have put myself on here but I feel like that'd turn into a big scandal or something.
