To provide for consistent administration of the House and compliance with the rules of said chamber

I hereby appoint Representative Blair as Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Using my power as Speaker, I have removed the following bills from the house queue:

 - Puerto Gayle Act (Citizen - frivolous and impractical)
 - Thanos Act (Citizen - frivolous and impractical)

Representatives have the right to challenge these decisions within the next 72 hours.

Since the Speaker selection process takes, at minimum, 36 hours to complete, Speaker Thumb has asked me to declare him interim Speaker while we elect the Speaker for the March-April 2020 term. This will ensure that the official business of the House does not abruptly stop for 3 days while we attend to our duties. So consider this an official decree from the Dean of the House, me, that Thumb21 shall be interim Speaker of the House until this Speaker selection is completed. So without further ado:
