Hmm, MC swing only 2 points in Hillary's direction between post VP debate poll and post pussy tape poll.

mmhmm - it's demonstrated some weird against-trend movements.

The last was Clinton +6... so a 6/8 point net slide? Probably a little extreme.

So is an 11 point slide for literally no reason, but that didn't stop the Washington Post...

There were methodological reasons for this too... so people just really need to calm the eff down. She was not up 12% and she's not up 1%. So chill.

Lest we also forget that MC can be extremely bouncy.

I don't care about that poll, it's clear junk. My point is they sometimes do not follow logic.

No, which is why you shouldn't worry too much about a single, often unreliable poll.

What guy? Jake Sherman, who first broke that the poll is coming out, hasn't said anything on it.

Then only thing this guy is saying is that the results are "interesting" which says absolutely nothing, lol.

But MJ usually ignores polls that are good for Hillary and focuses on the best ones for Trump...

Yeah, Morning Joke has done this for years. He's the ultimate cherrypicker. If it was good news for Hillary, he would not agree to give it any airtime.

I'll guess a tie, but a Trump lead wouldn't surprise me either.

Given the hint from a few pollsters and insiders that the haven't seen much movement yet, I'd be surprised if there's much movement in this either, especially since it's been so conservative.

We don't know. But I think given the thirst for polling data, I just think a bit of caution and context is required. I know getting all frothy is easy right now, but I just think a bit of calm and patience will help.

C+3 - a drop but not especially significant, probably more Trump gaining than Clinton falling.

Clinton +4. If it's less than Clinton +3, though, prepare for Atlas to go into panic mode.

Looking at key Senate races this week (scheduled before Friday's news - who knew?)

Coming today: INDIANA.

Previous poll from October 11-13 had Trump +4, Bayh +6, Gregg +12.

Someone in the Gary Johnson subreddit yesterday reported that they were polled on their cell phone by CNN/ORC. He is in PA so it could either be a PA poll or National poll.
