My comment was only half-serious -- but the answer is: not much, actually, other than becoming an outcast in his community. It is definitely frowned upon, but if a man has an affair with an unmarried woman this is considered polygamy, not adultery. And while polygamy is now illegal for Ashkenazi and most Sephardi Jews (some Yemenites came to Israel with more than one wife, though), this prohibition is rabbinical rather than biblical (biblical prohibitions are more important), and I doubt a bet din would be able to sanction it. Not good!

(Of course, Weiner would't have been able to marry Abedin in the first place according to halacha, but that's a different issue.)
