The networks will probably be cheapskates again, and decline to pay for an exit poll in all 50 states this November. However, assume hypothetically that we do get exit polls in all 50 states. Surely, one of the questions for Johnson/Stein voters will be "Who would you have voted for if only Clinton and Trump were on the ballot?" I'd assume that Stein voters will be more for Clinton than Trump everywhere, but what about Johnson? I'm guessing that he draws more from Clinton in some states and Trump in others. Where does he draw the most from Clinton, and where does he draw the most from Trump?
