So based on this Justice Department reports, terrible in every way. Freddie Gray was really just the tip of the iceberg. Their actions toward sexual assault victims ranged from gross negligence (such as collecting a DNA sample but not collecting a sample from the accused attacker) to downright horrific, like actually mocking rape victims or ignoring almost all cases of sexual assault against sex workers. The Wire actually made them look BETTER than they actually are.
