Former Kentucky State Auditor Adam Edelen, who was a Democratic Party rising star before losing in a Republican wave year of 2015 to Mike Harmon,  runs for governor against Gov. Matt Bevin. Who wins?

If Trump is President with disa/approval ratings at or worse than 46/49
Adam Edelen/Andrew Beshear: ~51.0%
Matt Bevin/James Comer: ~45.5%

If Clinton is President and has approval ratings >47%:
Adam Edelen/Andrew Beshear: ~48.0%
Matt Bevin/Mike Duncan: ~47.5%

Otherwise Bevin wins.

Bevin is already unpopular, Democrats can still win there, turnout was very low when he was elected.

Edelman- 52%
Bevin- 44%
