Describe a voter who voted for the Social Democrats in Germany in 1912 and who voted for George W. Bush in the U.S. in 2000, a whopping 88 years later.

Also, Yes, I am certainly very well-aware that this voter would have very likely needed to be 109+ years old in 2000.
