What does it mean if you dream of a deceased loved one?

I always seem to have these type of dreams. He passed about 5 years ago and I have not recently thought of him. My uncle came to me and said just because I'm not here anymore doesn't mean I stop being your uncle. We will meet again someday. And then I seen a middle aged woman with him saying I haven't been kind to him I didn't know who she was I assumed she was his significant other. Why do I always have these dreams and what does this mean?

Did you have unresolved issues with him when he died?  Sometimes you're wrestling with your conscience...hoping for forgiveness for something you feel bad about.

To me, it means that your relative or loved one is speaking to you, and perhaps sending you a message.  I strongly believe in the idea of heaven.

It happened to me several times a few months ago. I'm not sure it "meant" anything, but waking up to that is a really painful experience.
