Appropriate now.

FF.  Outperformed the expectations of so many, myself included.  He's an asset to the party and he will continue to be.

He got into the mud a little bit after it was apparent he would lose (after March 15) but FF because most of his policies are good (although they need to be built in slowly) and he gave a full-throated endorsement, proving that he finally looks like a team player

Massive FF. Took on a steamroller of inevitability, and created a pretty close fight.

Got concessions that the anti-technocratic faction among the Dems never would have dreamed of in 2014, and hopefully has one or two more coming down the pike.

I'm sometimes pretty bitter, given that I think he could have won if his inner circle were slightly different, and made different choices. But as it stands this is much better than I thought it would be.

FF.

Ran a good campaign that raised a lot of issues that probably wouldn't have gotten much play otherwise. Any frustrations at the time were just that - frustrations. Nothing more. It's over now, he's endorsed and the Clinton campaign is paying him and his supporters the respect they deserve, and both candidates are committed to working together to win in November.

I used to think of him as a FF when he was a relatively anonymous senator. Now he's a HP when it became apparent (March 15) that the only person he cared about was Bernie Sanders.

Massive FF. I never expected him to win; it was always about promoting progressive issues, and giving the left wing of the party of a voice. He's shown that he's still committed to that fight, but is still willing to be a team player. Hillary Clinton is a stronger candidate as a result of her primary with him.

He's a FF. I think he got a little too wrapped up in the delusion coming from the Bernie or Bust side of his movement, but its obvious this guy was in the race to fight for people. He's the most genuine and honest politician to come around in a while. I look forward to him continuing the fight from the Senate or from Hillary's cabinet. I am very happy he is going to campaign for Hillary against trump.

HP. He's nothing but a populist, megalomaniac, demagogue who would have let the Green Tea Party swarm into the Democratic Party. I'm no democrat, but i'm glad that Hillary is the nominee. His anti-GMO, anti-nuclear, anti-free trade baloney has no place in politics.

Tbh this sounds like a pretty strong endorsement minus the GMOs bit.

I've always really liked Sanders and my decision to support Hillary was more based on me not believing Sanders could win due to various factors (though to be honest, I now think he could have won, if not bigly, based on how terrible Trump's campaign is)

That being said, I'm glad he finally endorsed and this side issue is done with. He was really ticking me off with his decision to stay in well past the point of no return.

Seems like some people on the right are now turning on him now that he's endorsed Clinton and wants to campaign to elect Democrats in the fall?

Sanders was a bogus candidate from the outset. All socialists are liars, populits, demagogues, I know from my own experience as lived under socialism. Socialist = HP (can't help agreeing).

I was never a Sanders supporter, but I think it was important to have someone like him running this year. He can push the party just a bit further left.

HP. He turned the party I love into an awful radical leftist party driven by anti-intellectualism.

(Yes, I voted for him...)
