Realistically, wake up, and if I already have, assume the worst.
How exactly does this happen, evergreen?

I'd assume a toddler was having fun with a coloring book.

Looks more like a map of US Governors circa 2002 or 2006.

Ballots were made available in Cajun French, Cherokee, and English.

This posed problems in areas where people were illiterate in all three.

Love it!

excellent use of the dieresis, by the way.   You must be zero percent "millenial."

Not sure what the colors are, but I'll assume that one of the colors must represent The Donald and another must represent Hillary Clinton, and neither of them have a majority.

I'd be delighted.  The election would be decided in the congress, like the Framers probably intended, and neither Trump nor Clinton would be our next President.  Everybody wins.

Not to mention the salty Sandernistas of Vermont writing him in and spoiling it for Clinton. Tongue

Ain't. Gonna. Happen. Minnesota going for Trump when Iowa goes for Clinton? All that green for Johnson, almost all of it in firmly-Republican states?
