I'll say he barely wins in one of the whiter ones.

Nah DC is made up of African Americans and establishment Democrats. It's solid Hillary territory and that was before Obama's endorsement & Hillary wrapping it up.

No, but look for Ward 1 to probably be the closest. Gentrifying area of the city around U Street and Columbia Heights, plus lots of hipsters in Adams Morgan. Also maybe Sanders does well with some of the younger African Americans around Howard University.

No, the white Democrats in D.C. are the kind that Sanders struggles with: affluent, establishment-type Democrats. He'll be lucky to come within single digits in any of them.

No, he won't be within 10 points in a single one.

Since we're talking about D.C. wards, why doesn't David make ward maps for primaries if there's data available?

He'll do respectable in one or two, but he has no chance of winning any.

He could have had a small chance at one of the whiter wards if D.C. had voted earlier in the calendar. The GOTV momentum is gone, though, and so I can't see that happening.

Won't happen - and it wouldn't have happened when he was competitive, either. The demographics of every part of the city are not his.

Surprise! He didn't. She carried all wards with over 70% of the vote.
