I vote for Garret Hobart, too obscure to last for long.

Levi Parsons Morton.
He basically got the vice presidency as a plum job for a big corporate donor.
I read his entry in some old biographical dictionary once, and the best thing they could say about his term as governor of New York (which was after his vice presidential one) was that he "tried to be a 'real' governor".

Well, I wish we could have gone after the obscure ones first, but Quayle, only to save Mondale.

okay, it's midnight.  The first partisan battle has occured.  Republican Dan "Potatoe" Quayle lost to Democrat Walter "Fritz" Mondale, 8-5.  Dan Quayle can you spell "loser"?, you've been voted off the island.

Stay tuned for a MAJOR TWIST in VP Survivor. Coming in a few minutes.
