California Governor Jerry Brown wins the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, while former 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney tries running for president for the third time. Who wins this battle?

353: Governor Jerry Brown/Representative Henry Cuellar - 52.4%
185: Former Governor Mitt Romney/Senator Marco Rubio - 45.5%
Others - 2.1%

Brown's strong libertarian tendencies cause independents with libertarian leanings to break heavily for him. I would consider flipping Florida if Romney chose Cruz, but I think Romney would probably have either Cuban campaign a lot in Florida.
