And it's only getting higher. I think at this point, it's pretty widely known, which isn't great news for Republicans if their most realistic and ambitious win scenarios always end up involving a bare win of between 270 - 290 electoral votes. They've fallen quite far from their days of constant 400+ EV landslides.

After this whole Trump business, I wonder just how long it's going to take them to finally begin adapting to a highly diverse & rapidly changing electorate. They are going to be in serious trouble if they continue losing the 18-29 yr old vote by such gaping margins.

With the map the way it is, I don't see how that makes sense. If anything, I think Clinton losing the popular vote but winning the electoral college is far more likely, but both scenarios being incredibly unlikely.
