Legendary Democratic congressman Charlie Rangel is retiring after decades of being a powerbroker in Harlem, a historically African American area in Manhattan, New York City. The legendary 85 year old has a favored successor and frontrunner, Assemblyman Keith Wright, who has been Rangel's protege for years. Other candidates are in the race as well, including a former DNC political director, Clyde Williams., and Rangel rival State Senator Adriano Espilliat, who ran in 2012 and 2014; and former Assemblyman Adam Clayton Powell IV, and Al Sharpton ally Rev. Michael Walrond. Who wins?
