What does gentrified/gentrifying/yuppie/hipster whatever Brooklyn include?

To put very simply - is it fair to say there's a mature, long gentrified and affluent NW or "Brownstone Brooklyn" that includes Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Heights etc. and then a hipster zone centered in Williamsburg?
