I was reading the old pages of the Registration thread, and stumbled onto this:

I think we need more color besides blue, red and lime green because all of these other parties can have there own color. Plus it would make it where we can tell who is in what party.

And I read the comments that people made about this idea.  But I got to thinking, maybe someone could make some avatars for people to put into their signature instead of writing "Fantasy registered in So&So."  I made some just to see how they'd turn out:

What does everybody think?

Alright!  Now I know that people like the idea, I'll get started on the rest of the states.

They look fantastic! I can't wait to see the Loony avatars!

I used Joe Republic's political compass chart to get the colors, and I couldn't quite make out which colors he was using for the Loonies.

Considering every member of the Supreme Court are in the Loony party, it is a pretty major political force who are polling rather well in the Presidential elections.

Senator, you don't make friends by being rude about the political affiliations of others and accusing people who have been on the forum for a long time of some sort of elitist conspiracy. Maybe we should forget you instead.

EDIT: Oh and Governor Dubya, the avatars are excellent, kudos to you. I don't think that Joe actually used a colour for the Loony party, it seems to me to be one colour with a different colour star in the centre of the circle.

Indeed.  See Royals.  Note that "it is generally taboo to openly acknowledge the class distinctions."

Oh, and good job with the avatars, but do you really want to do them for all 50 states and DC with every party?

What's the point of making some half fake party and then trying to get everyone to take you seriously?  Either concede that you are a joke and let us enjoy the comedy without or actually morph into a full serious party.

I resent this post.  We are a fully fake patry, and trying to get people to take us seriously is part of the fun.

So whether you like it or not, us Loonies are going to have fun, fun, fun, till our daddy takes our T-bird away!

I'll probably con CheeseWhiz into helping me, but yeah.  So far I've done PA, LA, and SC (without loonies, as I said I don't know what color Joe used for them on the PC chart.)  I'll post them later.

Excellent work!  I'll be willing to help if you like.

Also, based on Preston's comments, I strongly recommend a merge between the Loonies and the Freedom Party.  That ought to be funny.

Alright, how about if you do the states in the Mideast?

I've decided to enlist a volunteer from each region to help make avatars, since it seems to be working out that way, anyway.  CheeseWhiz confirmed that he would help make avatars for the Midwestern states, and even though Joe hasn't responded since I suggested he do the Mideast avatars, I assume he's alright with it.  All the other regions are open, if anyone else is interested.

Well, here are the avatars for the Southeast (I'll get to the Loonies someday Tongue):

ACA

Freedom

Famer-Labor

Independent

Independent Liberal Party

Libertarians

Others

Constitutional Union
