Sanders thinks banks are full of evil people who hate America but he wants to trust them to restructure themselves without any regulations, because he doesn't know what those regulations would be or how restructuring works.

Why doesn't she just say that they discussed confidential information about Goldman's global strategy that would severely damage Goldman's global competitiveness if it was released?  Doesn't have to be true, but that's the easiest dodge.
