12 of Wyoming’s delegates were selected last month, but the 14 at-large delegates are to be selected this weekend, at the state convention.  To quote Erc on the process:

A slate of delegates is drawn up by the Nominating/Elections committee, though more names may be added from the floor.  All delegate candidates at the State Convention must inform the Convention of their Presidential Preference.

Candidates for National Convention Delegate may pledge themselves to a candidate prior to their nomination; according to their process submission to the RNC, this pledge is binding, though completely optional.

The convention runs from Thursday to Saturday, but when are the actual delegates selected?  Here is the info:

http://wyoming.gop/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/2016.convention.overview.pdf

It’s not totally clear from that, though this info:

http://wyoming.gop/gop-presidential-campaigns-to-speak-at-wyoming-gop-state-convention/

suggests that each of the presidential candidates will have someone speaking for them on Saturday morning (Cruz will speak for himself, Sarah Palin for Trump, and Butch Otter for Kasich).  So I guess the delegate selection won’t take place until Saturday.  Proceedings begin that day at 8am local time, which is 10am ET.

According to this FB post:

https://www.facebook.com/WYGOP/posts/10154094005156810

the campaign surrogates will speak on Saturday morning from 10-11am (12-1pm ET), so I'm assuming the delegates will be chosen shortly after that?  The convention is scheduled to be done by 4:30pm (6:30pm ET), so I guess that's the latest they're likely to have any results on who got picked as a delegate?

Sarah Palin?! At this point she's gotta be there just to stir up the pot.

Palin has cancelled.  No word on whether Trump will send a replacement:

I, for one, think Palin not going is the best thing that could have possibly happened to Trump.  He might actually win one or two delegates now.

In addition to the Wyoming State Convention this weekend, there are also conventions and caucuses to choose congressional district-level delegates in the following places on Saturday:

SC-1
OK-1, OK-5
VA-10
KS-1
NC-6, NC-10, NC-11
Georgia (all CDs)
FL-2, FL-12, FL-13, FL-14, FL-23, FL-24, FL-25, FL-26, FL-27

Sunday is the last possible day for Wisconsin to choose its CD delegates, as well; many of the caucuses may have already happened or will occur this Saturday.

The most important of these for the purposes of the first ballot are the two CD conventions in Oklahoma, where Rubio's delegates (1 in each) are unbound on the first ballot, assuming no major rules changes.  Of the three chosen in Oklahoma so far, two clearly support Cruz, while it's unclear regarding the third.

Palin reportedly informed Trump's people "over a week ago" that she wasn't going to Wyoming after all, so not sure why it was just announced a couple of days ago:

Wouldn't rule out a win by an undeclared or two (Cynthia Lummis seems the most likely).  I'd bet on an outcome of 13 Cruz - 1 Undeclared, as a median projection.

Note that, unlike in North Dakota, Cruz has a full slate (and it's completely bound to him); there's no deference to party notables (like there was to the Dalrymples in ND).

Trump has managed to put together a partial delegate slate, but more importantly is giving away candy:
