These are just exit polls, so I'm not getting too excited just yet.

Third wave of exit polls has generally been kind to Trump, from what I remember.  So expect him to gain a bit.

It would be really awesome to see Cruz get 50% and he could if those exit polls follow through

Seems to me that the WI Supreme Court race is going to be a real barn-burner tonight.

65% Republican (more than 2012)
29% Independent

In their polling ARG (who had Trump winning by 10%) assumed 40% independent split.  I would read this exit poll as detrimental to Trump's chances.

That actually would help Trump with the ARG poll. He lead by 4% amongst independents and 12% amongst Republicans. I am not saying that ARG is accurate, however.

54% of Republicans believe trade takes away jobs

45% of Democrats say the same.

48% of GOP voters should be more active in world affairs 29% less, 21% the same

38% of Dem voters say it should be the same, 34% less and 29% the more

This is part of the Donald Trump realignment in the Republican Party. Republicans (in Wisconsin, at least) are now more anti-free trade than Democrats.

If this race turns out the way these numbers are trending, I propose a motion to ban ARG from this site.

Cruz 47

If this holds to be at least somewhat true, I wonder if that margin is big enough for Cruz to be within reach of all CDs?
