Might not be too crazy. May end up closer to about 11-12%. For comparison, this is what the voting age so far in Florida (mail/early voting) looks like:

Yes, the area that we have barely and congresssman from, no senators and 1 governor (I am not counting Virginia or Florida in this)..........

Is there a more reliable voting bloc for Democrats? You've just seen first hand the power they wield in the Democratic party, even if white Republicans outnumber them.
