Agreed. We only have data on the Atlas since 1992, so I'm going off of that in compiling these lists. If anyone has older data, please extend these lists backwards.

Dems: Bristol, Essex, Hampden, Plymouth, Norfolk, Worcester

GOP: Barnstable, Essex, Hampden, Nantucket, Norfolk
