Clinton and Trump will be the nominees. I don't know why people are so shocked by this.

Not shocked. Just disappointed.
I had some hopes before, but they are dispersed now.

Do these Clinton scores among Blacks indicate anything other than a personality cult ? Low information vote ? I mean dayum !

lol dude you are from France. Don't even think for one second you can comment on the choices black Americans make regarding politics.
I will surely make sure to ask for your permission to ask questions or post posts from now on.
Folks who lack answers to questions and don't want to answer questions attack. I don't have an answer to the question of the heavy lean of the African American vote in SC, but have a hypothesis that its a mix of things such as:

-General allegiance to the president and the Clintons
-The AA vote in SC being generally conservative, especially for the older generations, and thus seeing Sanders as unacceptable in comparison to Clinton
-Not super enthusiastic about Clinton but active voters who are generally ok with either candidate but default to the one they know better
-Notions of electability, ect (The Clintons won before, and we like winning, ect)

There's a lot going on, or perhaps less than one might think in a situation like this.

Also, Bernie taking potshots at Barack Obama certainly didn't help.

I'd argue that perceptions of that if any were not a primary factor here, given the general lack of fluidity in the AA electorate this election. Sanders' dissatisfaction with Obama in 2012 didn't even get mentioned until effectively the last minute, well after most these voters made up their minds. It at best kept some from considering Sanders, not convincing them not to vote for him.

I hope Sanders wins at least one of Pickens or Anderson.

Oh christ, is this really going to be 70-30 or more?  These numbers are holding.  Talk about running up the score, this is insane.
Poor decision by Sanders to not compete here.  He's turned a rough loss into an catastrophic implosion.

Beaufort County is almost all in with Clinton ahead 73-26.

Wow.

I have a feeling that if that's the case then the white vote isn't going 58-42 to Bernie.

You mean the exit polls could be wrong?
Who knew?

The bright side is this calms my fears somewhat about Clinton being unable to generate enthusiasm in a general election. Though she's not my first choice, Trump cannot be president.

The white vote is the only positive for Sanders. I'm surprised he won them by a margin approaching New Hampshire levels. If he keeps up those kind of performances with them, he should be able to hang around for a while.

But he'll never win the nomination with a black vote that monolithic.

Updated exit polls have Clinton leading 53-47 among whites, 87-13 among blacks.

Going after Trump.

The only reason I hope Trump wins is to hit her (metaphorically of course) in the mouth. Good lord I hate her so much.

Knew it was coming. Cringe.

Luckily the Reddit cult isn't representative of the vast majority of Bernie voters.

Hillary's "excited" voice is even worse than Rand Paul's. Ugh, the talking points are so hard to listen to, she is just unbearable. Now shes pandering about Dr King and the civil rights movement...you know when she supported Goldwater. Everything she says is a sham.

Sidetone: lots of white people in this crowd.

Three counties aren't so awful looking for Sanders.
