Pickens is probably the best bet. Clemson University's there, and it has easily the whitest absentee electorate so far (only 24.3% black). Other counties with low rates of black absentees this time around are Oconee (33.4%), Horry (38.7%), Lexington (43.5%), York (45.8%), and Beaufort (46.5%). Everywhere else is majority black so far; in fact, 12 counties are over 90% black (highest is Williamsburg at 98.0%).

I see either Horry County (if race is primary determining factor) or Greenville or Pickens County (if age is the determining factor) as contenders for Sanders's best county.
